SEMINAR ON SRI VYASA TIRTHA & SRI CHAITANYA MAHAPRABHU – GREAT LUMINARIES OF THE BHAKTI CULT

The Global Forum for Vyasaraja devotees, Michigan, USA and ISKCON, Bangalore has organised an inspiring and insightful seminar on “Sri Vyasa Tirtha & Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu- Great Luminaries of Bhakti Cult” recently at the Multivision Theatre of ISKCON temple complex.

Sri. Vishwesha Theertha Sripadangalavaru of Sri Pejawara Adhokshaja Mutt, Udupi, Dr.Aralumallige Parthasarathy, Scholar, Dasa Literature & Sri Chanchalapati Dasa, Vice President, ISKCON Bangalore were the speakers for the evening.

Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji of Pejawar Mutt who initiated the discussion admired the contributions of Sri Vyasa Theertha and appreciating the role of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu in the growth of the Bhakti Movement. He directed all Madhwas to celebrate the appearance day of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu as a festival alongside the appearance festivals of Sri Madhwacharya, Sri Vyasa tirtha, Sri Purandara Dasa, Sri Kanakadasa etc. was greeted with a loud applause from the audience.

Dr.Aralumallige Parthasarathy elaborated the life of Sri Vyasa Theertha & Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. “His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada’s contribution in spreading the message of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu & Madhwa Sampradaya throughout the world is matchless”, said Sri Chanchalapati Dasa while concluding the seminar. Sri Bharatarshabha Dasa was the convenor of the seminar and the program was concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Sri Nagu Srinivasa Rao, Founder, Global Forum for Vyasaraja Devotees, Michigan USA.
